Colorado Canopies., warrants to the original retail purchaser, who has registered the product with the manufacturer at the time of original purchase (except as herein provided) each part of each product to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time frames listed below. The manufacturer's obligation and liability shall be limited only to repairing or replacing (at its option) any product or its parts, which, after review or examination by the manufacturer, shall be determined to be defective. The manufacturer should be contacted for any warranty claim prior to returning products or parts. This warranty shall be void as to any product, which, without manufacturer’s authorization, has been altered or modified in any manner. Colorado Canopies. specifically makes no warranty with respect to any damages caused by nature’s forces such as wind, rain, hail or snow. Nor does it warranty accidental or deliberate damages resulting from product use. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
